Delete Your Wea Account

This page explains how to delete your Wea account and exactly what happens to your data when you do. It applies to the Wea mobile app (Android and iOS) published by PARKCHAD j.d.o.o.
1) Delete your account in the app (fastest)
1. Open the Wea app and sign in.
2. Go to ChadHub → Settings.
3. In the Privacy & Security section, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
2) Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app, email support@weapark.com from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject "Account deletion". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
3) What is deleted immediately
When you delete your account we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize:
- Your profile: name, display name, email address, phone number, and avatar
- Your vehicles (names, license plates, colors)
- Saved places (home / work) and your search history
- Push-notification tokens (no further notifications are possible)
- Your support conversations
- Your sign-in: the account is disabled for password and Google/Apple sign-in, permanently
Your parking listings (private spots and garages) are deactivated and no longer bookable.
4) What is retained, and why
Some records are kept in anonymized form — they are no longer linked to your name, email, or any other identifier we could use to recognize you:
- Booking, parking-session and payment/ledger records — retained for statutory bookkeeping and tax periods under Croatian and EU law (GDPR Art. 17(3)(b))
- Seller tax-compliance data (DAC7), if you rented out a parking spot — retained for the legally mandated reporting period
- Anonymous community contributions (e.g. street occupancy reports) — these contain no personal data
Payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe retains transaction data under its own legal obligations as an independent controller.
5) Before you can delete
Deletion is blocked while your account has unfinished business, to protect both sides of a booking:
- An active or upcoming booking (as a driver, or on a spot you rent out)
- An active parking session at a partner facility
- A live Switch hand-off
- An unpaid parking charge
Finish, cancel, or settle these first — then deletion works immediately.
